Our Scoring System at a Glance
We score every casino on a 1–10 scale across five dimensions. Each dimension is weighted by its importance to Brazilian crypto players. The composite score is a weighted average — a casino cannot compensate for a 4/10 withdrawal score by excelling at game selection.
Our Testing Process, Step by Step
-
Initial vetting. Before spending any time on a full review, we run a background check on the casino operator: parent company identity, licensing status (if any), history of withdrawal complaints on public forums, and whether the platform has previously been blacklisted. Casinos with credible unresolved withdrawal complaints are excluded before evaluation begins.
-
Account registration. We register a real account using a fresh email address. We note how many fields are required, whether a phone number is mandated, and how long email verification takes. This forms part of the onboarding experience score.
-
Deposit via crypto. We make a test deposit using the casino's listed cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL, or USDT depending on what the casino accepts). We time from sending the transaction to the balance appearing in the casino account. We also verify that the deposit address matches on-chain records.
-
Bonus terms audit. Mia Reynolds reads every clause of the welcome bonus terms in full. We score on: wagering requirement (lower = better), max bet while bonus is active, game contribution percentages, bonus expiry period, whether the casino reserves the right to confiscate bonus winnings retroactively, and whether terms are written in plain language or deliberately obscured.
-
Gameplay session. We play a minimum session across slots, table games, and live dealer if available. We verify that stated RTPs are achievable and check whether provably fair options are disclosed and functional.
-
Withdrawal request. We request a real withdrawal back to our crypto wallet. We time from request submission to on-chain transaction broadcast. We note whether any unexpected KYC was triggered, how clearly the pending status was communicated, and whether the final amount matched the request.
-
Support evaluation. We contact the casino support team via live chat (if available) and email with three query types: a basic question (how do I withdraw?), an edge-case question (what happens to my bonus if I withdraw before wagering is complete?), and a compliance question (where can I read your KYC policy?). We score based on response time, accuracy, and tone.
-
Score calculation & publication. Dimension scores are entered into our scoring model and weighted to produce the composite 1–10 rating. Alex Carter writes the review narrative. Mia Reynolds fact-checks all compliance and bonus term claims before the review is published. Date of last evaluation is noted in the article header.
What We Don't Do
-
We don't accept payment for rankings
No casino has ever paid to appear on this site, paid to improve its ranking, or paid to suppress a negative review. Rankings are determined solely by evaluation scores.
-
We don't review casinos we haven't tested
Every casino with a published score has been evaluated by a team member with a real account and a real deposit. We do not publish scores based on other reviewers' work.
-
We don't hide affiliate relationships
Every casino we have an affiliate relationship with is disclosed via our affiliate disclosure. The relationship is never a precondition for inclusion or a positive score.
-
We don't publish stale reviews
Casino terms, ownership, and payout reliability change. Every casino on our main rankings list is re-evaluated at minimum every 90 days. The "Updated" date on each review reflects the last hands-on test.
-
We don't inflate scores for popular brands
A well-known casino brand does not receive a higher score because of its name recognition. Each casino is evaluated on current performance, not historical reputation.
-
We don't remove negative findings
If a casino has a confiscation clause in its bonus terms, we say so explicitly. If a withdrawal took longer than stated, that is noted in the review. Negative findings are never suppressed for editorial or commercial reasons.
What Each Score Means
| Score Range | What It Means |
|---|---|
| 9.5–10.0 | Outstanding. No significant weaknesses. Withdrawals fast, bonus terms fair, strong security, excellent support. |
| 9.0–9.4 | Excellent. Minor weaknesses in one dimension but strong overall performance. Highly recommended. |
| 8.5–8.9 | Very good. One or two areas below top tier but no serious concerns. Recommended with caveats noted. |
| 8.0–8.4 | Good. Solid platform with clear room for improvement. Suitable for most players at lower stakes. |
| 7.0–7.9 | Average. Works but has notable weaknesses — slow support, high wagering, or incomplete game selection. |
| Below 7.0 | Below average. Significant concerns in one or more dimensions. We do not recommend below 7.0 to our readers. |
